• Billing and payment information (processed by our payment provider)

2.2 Campaign and Lead Data

When you create campaigns, we process search queries, filters, and the resulting lead data retrieved from third-party platforms including LinkedIn, Google Maps, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Reddit, and YouTube. This data may include publicly available business names, job titles, follower counts, engagement metrics, and contact information.

2.3 Chat Conversations

When you interact with our AI assistant, we store conversation history to provide context for ongoing sessions and to improve the service.

2.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect device information, browser type, IP address, pages visited, and interaction patterns to improve the platform and diagnose issues.

2.5 Google Sheets Integration

If you connect Google Sheets for lead export, we access only the specific spreadsheets you authorise. We do not access other files in your Google Drive.

4. AI and Automated Processing

Lode Leads uses artificial intelligence to score and qualify leads. Our two-stage scoring system applies deterministic rules and large-language-model analysis to publicly available data. No personal data from your account is used to train AI models. AI-generated scores are advisory — you retain full control over which leads to pursue.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

Under the UK GDPR, we process your data on the following bases:

• Contract: Processing necessary to provide the Service you signed up for
• Legitimate interest: Analytics, fraud prevention, and service improvement

• Campaign and lead data: Retained while your account is active; deleted upon account closure
• Chat history: Retained for the duration of your subscription
• Cached search results: Automatically expire after 7–30 days depending on platform
• Billing records: Retained for 7 years as required by UK tax law

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted database storage, access controls, and regular security reviews. Our infrastructure is hosted in the European Union.
